The Witcher season one is streaming now on Netflix, with series two expected to arrive in 2021 on the global streaming site. Henry Cavill will be back as Geralt of Rivia for the second season and he will receive the help of two brand new witchers called Coën and Lambert played by up and coming actors Yasen Atour and Paul Bullion respectively.

Who are the two new Witchers?
Coën – Yasen Atour
Yasen Atour is an actor, writer and producer, who will play Coën in the new series of The Witcher.
In the novel Blood of Elves, Coën plays a significant role in helping Geralt and Lambert train Ciri in the ruins of Kaer Morhen.
Therefore, it looks like Coën will be working closely with Geralt (played by Henry Cavill) following the battle at the end of season one.
He is best known as Mutton in the 2018 film Robin Hood.

Atour also had a small role in Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation starring opposite Tom Cruise, Rebecca Ferguson and Jeremy Renner.
He also starred in the action film Ben-Hur as Jacob, alongside Jack Huston, Toby Kebbel and Rodrigo Santoro.
Atour has also appeared in small roles Dark Heart, The State and Marcella.
His other film credits include Body Shop, Reload and My Enemy.
Lambert – Paul Bullion
Paul Bullion will star as Lambert in The Witcher season two.
Lambert is one of Geralt’s fellow Witchers and longtime rival.
Bullion is a British actor, best known for playing Billy Kitchen in season two of Peaky Blinders.
He is also well recognised for playing Berwyn Cairn in FX’s The Bastard Executioner, starring opposite Katey Sagal, Lee Jones and Kurt Sutter.
His other notable TV credits include Gerry Elderly in Endeavour and Rob Friendly in Agatha Raisin.
Bullion most recently appeared in the film Oscar’s Bell as Duncan and Dracula Untold as Nicolae.

Who else is joining the cast of The Witcher season 2?
Also joining the cast of The Witcher season two is Game of Thrones star, Kristofer Hivju as Nigel.
There is no character named Nigel in the books or video game, but it is largely thought he is based on Nivellen, a cursed nobleman from the originals source material.
According to Redanian Intelligence, Hivju will play Nigel. Hivju is best known or playing Tormund Giantsbane in Game of Thornes.
The rumours come after director Stephen Surjik accidentally announced the casting on Instagram.

In a now-deleted post, Surjik wrote they were scouting locations for The Witcher season two and tagged Henry Cavill, Anya Chalotra who plays Yennefer, and Hivju
The Witcher season two will introduce a new character named Violent played by Carmel Laniado.
Laniado is best known as Lady Rose in Dolittle, starring alongside Robert Downey Jr and Young Lottie in A Christmas Carol.
