According to him, the motivation should be that “you’re coming into the industry to exhibit your talent and skills so that you can help … because at the end of the day we want the industry to progress … we don’t want the mistakes we made in the past to repeat itself.”
“If that happens the industry will be where it is,” he added.
Talking to those who possess passion and want to enter the industry, he advised them to make up their minds that they’re coming to contribute to the growth of the industry, meaning they can’t only rely on their passion and talent.
But instead, they need to train and learn new skills that will help them and propel the growth of the industry.
“So young girls and young boys who think overnight you can be like Majid or Jackie Appiah there is work … so let’s learn so that the industry can move forward and Ghana can move forward,” he added.
