SARAH RADU is an actress, producer, and entrepreneur hailing from the small town of Oradea in Romania, close to the Hungarian border born April 26, 1989. She was raised by her parents Zsuzsanna and Sorin Radu. She lived in Oradea until she was fifteen when she moved to New York, New York (USA). She still visited Hungary quite frequently even after her move to the United States of America.
“When I was a baby, my daddy held me in his arms and said,” she is an actress” I grew up performing my little shows not really being aware that in fact I’m training and honing my skill each little “ movie” I do and character I emulate. I watched that video of my christening and my dad holding me in his arms foreshadowing I will be an actress. I knew that I wanted to act. I would watch tv and say the other actors’ lines (drive my parents a bit crazy)”, says Sarah. Growing up she was very close to her parents and with encouragement from them and her teachers, she began to share her acting talents at a very early age. “I was in kindergarten. I knew nothing of the term” extra” but I loved having lines even at a young age(I could memorize heavy poems after hearing them by rote) My teacher asked me to do it anyway as a favor and promised I will have more lines I can handle the next time. My all-time favorite was Beauty and the Beast. I decided I was Belle and tried to act like her. I‘d turn off the voice on my little TV when her turn came and delivered her lines, movements put up a performance. I was so great at character endowment that my mom was a little afraid when I went into a “ mode”.” Her first stage experience in high school was in their production of Chicago. Being part Hungarian, she was the obvious choice for Hunyak. After that, during the summers and vacations, she was at an acting camp. She also trained in New York at the Lincoln Center For The Performing Arts, where the level of professionalism and attitude was quite high. Next came Impact theater. 
Sarah has acted in New York in various stage productions and in Florida where she currently resides. She recently played the lead role in the Christian film “Angel Highway”. Other roles include 2051, Bottom of the Glass Blues, Somewhere in Florida, and Proof of concept. Other TV and film productions include Touched by God, Ode to a Landlord, Circle of Love, A film for Anya, and Carver Cove. Her most recent IMDb credits include The Lannister Tapes (2022), Carver Cove, and Proof of Concept (2022).
Sarah is a co-owner with her husband Tim Lewis, of the award-winning Christian production company Spiritual Productions LLC, which just completed filming of the series pilot ”Angel Highway ”. She is the mother of Romy Lewis, an 8-year-old acting prodigy. Sarah also speaks fluent Romanian, Hungarian Spanish conversational Italian, and American Sign Language and is a Freelance Translator and Interpreter, too. She loves to work out in the gym five days a week. When she’s not in front of the camera she loves to spend time with her family and read.
