Partners Monaliza and Stephen are the owners of the health and wellness company Total Body Harmony LLC located in Pennsylvania, USA. It is a Black-owned and operated company established in 2021. They provide custom-made herbal products like tea blends, different forms of Sea Moss, and more.
Monaliza began her journey with natural herbs in St. Lucia. Growing up in a Caribbean household taught her natural remedies including the popular algae sea moss. Originally primarily used by males, she soon learned all of the benefits of the plant and how women could benefit from it, too. Her family also used herbs for remedies to most illnesses. Educating herself on these remedies also helped her learn the difference between good and bad herbs. In 2019 Stephen began learning more about using sea moss, too. His interest in organic body diet practices helped the two of them realize just how important organic herbs, sea algae, and overall fitness was. It was Stephen that came up with the idea of starting a business and with the couple’s interest and expertise gave birth to Total Body Harmony LLC.
Soon after the start of business, the Covid 19 pandemic affected the company like so many others. However, being located in Pennsylvania, the team turned the tragic state of the world into a tool for healing and educating others. Though the company is not located in a typical brick-and-mortar building, they are online and even do pop-up events in the communities in the USA. Covid 19 is far from over, but the benefits of natural products have calmed the storm for many satisfied customers internationally. New products are being made and will be available on their website by mid 2023.
