Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is slated to release in India on August 15, 2019, i.e. Independence Day 2019.
Leonardo DiCaprio is a bonafide Hollywood superstar, who has carved a niche status in the magical world of cinema. With films like Titanic (1997), Inception (2010), The Wolf of Wall Street (2013) and The Revenant (2015, Oscar for Best Actor), there really is no stopping Leonardo. In his latest movie, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Leo sort of plays the opposite spectrum of his real-life career and stars as Rick Dalton, struggling actor from the 1960s. Also starring Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is Quentin Tarantino’s ninth directorial.
Given that DiCaprio has such an illustrious Hollywood career to boast about, Mirror UK asked the actor what advice he would bestow upon young up and coming actors. Leonardo started off by saying that the first thing he tells anyone who asks about working in movies as well as trying to get into the industry is that “what you do is burned on to celluloid history for all time.” Furthermore, the 44-year-old actor added, “I’m like, ‘Start to watch them. Go and see what has been done before you. Try to measure yourself up to some of the greats and then start from there.'”
Leo confessed that he endlessly watches movies and is blown away by what has been done in cinema, so far.
