Silver stem dispensary is a medical dispensary located in Littleton Colorado and the staff is very knowledgeable and extremely compassionate. I was fortunate enough to meet with one of the managers, Robbie, and a lot of his associates there. Some of the things that I was most interested in was indicas; heavy ones and they were willing to help me.

Robbie was able to assist me and after that I became a regular patient at Silver Stem. One of the strains that was suggested to me for pain was Incredible Power. I thought to myself that sounds a lot like Incredible Hulk so it may be too powerful for me but I tried it anyway. It really was incredible. It made me relax but not too relax that I was unable to do anything. It calmed me to an extent that I wasn’t nervous about anything. Being a good fit for mood swings, incredible power really helped me out with that part in a major way.

Of course during that time I tried other strains because after all the smoking section needs to know as much information as possible first-hand. Lucky me, right. Well one day I had the worst migraine headache ever. when it did not go away, the very next day I went to Silver Stem and they told me about how Incredible power really helps with pain, especially Migraine pain. NOTHING ASIDE OF MIGRAINE PILLS HELPS MIGRAINE PAIN, I thought to myself. But sure enough, it worked. Head pain GONE.

Incredible Power is an Indica Dominant Hybrid. It’s about 75% Indica and 25% Sativa. It has 12% THC and 12% CBD which works well together. It’s one of Sin City’s high CBD line, and is a three-way cross of CBD heavy strains (AC/DC & Omrita & Blue Power). Yummy ingredients, right? It’s best to be used during restful times, especially bedtime, because of it’s relaxing and sedative powers. For a patient like myself, anytime is good when I’m resting, not just during bedtime. In fact for someone with insomnia, it’s really good. It’s not a good strain to use if you need to be full of energy, but it won’t just put you into a Kush Coma. Or would it? It treats all sort of conditions such as inflammation, chronic pain, muscle spasms, tremors, migraines, mood swings, and insomnia.

The head high is amazing because it gives a euphoric feeling that is nice and calming, not woozy feeling. Take this strain and daydream your worries away, or enjoy a good book. The effects start in the head and then it slowly makes it way down to the body and it really is relaxing and gives you a great overall feeling. It doesn’t have a fruity taste at all actually; it’s kind of earthy. There’s a hint of Lemon Grass as the aftertaste.

Silver Stem carries these cute little Mini pre-rolls and I went and picked some up today, in fact. I got a pre-roll pack of 20 incredible power mini joints. With motor skill issues, it’s easier for me to use cones or pre-rolls when i’m alone, so the convenience of having pre-rolls was perfect for me. I took 2 of them this morning and was able to take a relaxing after the afternoon nap. in fact I slept from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and woke up without a headache and feeling like I wanted to do something creative. My body pain was noticeably less than normal. This is a strain that definitely works.

Medical Only dispensaries really care about the patients that they serve. It’s not about recreational smoking or indulging. Silver Stone carries an array of different items such as tinctures, cannabis juices and syrups, edibles as well as several strains of flower. They do have other locations that are not medical only (recreational 21+) but for me, the Littleton, Colorado location is ideal and not too far from Denver.
