Why you should add an avocado to your diet.

When I was a kid, I gagged at the thought of avocados. Gross.com! I think it was the texture, the smell, the consistency, whatever it was, there was no way I was eating an avocado.

One day, Deartrapmary, Deartrapjesus, and yours truly were turning up at Atlanta’s best Raw, Organic, Vegan restaurant called Loving it Live, the owner suggested that I try their ‘Stuffed Avocados’. Um, no. Then, DearTrapJesus says, “You never know, Angel, you really might like it!” Okaaaaay! So I tried it. The prognosis, I Love Avocados!
I retract my previous convictions that avocados were disgusting as I became a fiend for the avocados! I needed more than one a day, then “Yeah, can you get me 10 while you’re at the store.” Let’s just say that the addiction got so real, that we began saving avocado seeds to plant trees!
It turns out that avocados are one of the best super foods known to man.

Here’s why you too should add avocados to your daily diet:

  • Avocados fight cancer.
  • Avocados fight degenerate eye disease.
  • Avocados fight great disease.
  • Avocados are high in folate, protein, potassium, Vitamin E, and magnesium.
  • Avocados boost immunity.
  • Avocados are also good for skin, hair, and nails.

You can buy avocados at any grocery store. Look for them organically. The barcode starts with a 9  if they are organic!
